By purchasing any of my models, you agree to the following terms:

• Please tag me on Instagram if you share photos or videos featuring my models—I'd love to see your creations!
• Redistribution of my packages in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Price splitting or sharing the cost of my packages with others is not allowed.
• Uploading to any account other than your own is not permitted without explicit permission. If you wish to upload for someone else, you must contact me with their VRChat username and Discord handle.
• You must credit me (LillyMarie) as the original creator of the model in any use.
• You are welcome to edit the model for personal use, as long as I remain credited as the original creator.
• This model may not be uploaded as public under any circumstances.
• Reusing, extracting, or repurposing any parts, assets, textures, or other components from my avatars is strictly forbidden.
• The head and body assets may not be used in personal or commercial projects.
• Please contact me if you plan to use this model in streams, videos, or other content creation.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the model implies acceptance of the most recent version of the Terms of Use.

DMCA Compliance Notice

Any violation of these terms may result in legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

You are not permitted to copy, extract, or reuse any part of this model or its assets for personal or commercial purposes. Asset farming is strictly prohibited.
