1. Open Creator companion and make new 2022 project using 2022.3.22f1 and sdk version 3.7.0 (Anything prior to SDK Version 3.7.0 will give you upload errors!)
2. Add/Import VrcFury <-- link has install instructions
3. Add/Import Poiyomi 7.3 to 9 toon or add it to creator companion here
4. Import Sierra Package
5. Open the scene named !!Sierra OPEN
6. Select avatar in the SDK and upload!
